GUARANTEES
We stand by our work & quality of the services we perform. In the event our service were not performed to your satisfaction, please inform your concern to our management immediately .We will gladly correct any services fault that is professionally verified by our management as quickly as possible.

Gel polish (Shellac), Dipping, Full set, Refill are guaranteed for 5 days after your service excluding breakages. If you notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please contact us to schedule a free repair.

Regular nail polish: no guarantee.

All services are non-refundable.

Appointments are available.

We have the right to refuse service.
LATE ARRIVAL
An appointment will be held for 10 minutes. After this grace period the appointment will be considered a “no show“, and will either modified or cancelled.
CHOOSING COLOUR
For Gel polish (shellac) and dipping powder, customers will be asked by our technician before any colour polishing is performed. If after the third nail is completely colour polished, no further colour change shall be permitted. If a colour request is made at that point, the customer will have to incur the cost of changing the colour at an additional $15.00.

Prices could vary depend on length, size, special colours and service request.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
